F3: Lindblad wins 100th race in Championship’s history in Barcelona
Arvid Lindblad became the first repeat winner in 2024 after putting in a dominant display at the Barcelona Feature Race to take victory for PREMA Racing.
The Red Bull Academy junior kept a hold of second place at the start but showed great pace to overtake ART Grand Prix pole-sitter Christian Mansell for the lead on Lap 4.

From then on, the British driver showed a clean pair of heels as he went off into the distance to win the 100th Formula 3 race and to become the youngest Feature Race winner in the Championship’s history.
Mansell was able to cross the line in second, giving him his third podium finish of the year, while Leonardo Fornaroli overtook Luke Browning on the last lap to take P3 and the Championship lead.
Browning not only lost out to his Trident rival on the final lap but also to Campos Racing’s Oliver Goethe, leaving the Hitech Pulse-Eight driver to cross the line in P5 ahead of the Alpine-backed Nikola Tsolov.
MP Motorsport’s Alexander Dunne was able to capitalise on his fellow McLaren Development Programme member Martinius Stenshorne and ART’s Laurens van Hoepen’s final lap collision that left both with punctures to finish in P7.
F1 ACADEMY: Chambers drives off into the distance for maiden win
Home favourite Mari Boya followed up his Sprint Race victory with a run to eighth for Campos Racing. He finished ahead of the Ferrari-backed Dino Beganovic in P9 while Van Amersfoort Racing’s Noel León rounded out the points in P10.
